iOS 17, the latest software update for iPhones, is coming today, September 18, 2023. The update will be available for all iPhones that are currently supported by iOS 16, including the iPhone XS and newer.

iOS 17 brings a number of new features and improvements to the iPhone, including:

  • A redesigned Lock Screen with more customization options: You can now add widgets to your Lock Screen, change the font and color of the clock, and even add a video wallpaper.
  • Smarter AirDrop: AirDrop is now easier to use and more secure. You can now choose to share files with everyone nearby, or only with people in your contacts.

To update to iOS 17, simply go to Settings > General > Software Update. The update should be available to download and install.

Here are some tips for updating to iOS 17:
